Shipping

• Where do you ship? Currently, we ship within the US and the EU.

• How much is shipping? Standard shipping is FREE.

• How long does it take? Most orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing.

Returns

• What is your return window? You have 30 days from delivery to return an item.

• Are returns free? We offer store credit for returns. If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a $15 restocking/shipping fee will be deducted.

• How do I start a return? Email hello@aspotique.com with your order number, and we’ll send you the instructions.

Exchanges

• Can I swap a size? The fastest way to exchange is to return your original item for store credit and place a new order for the correct size.
